Careers
Alice is a different kind of software company. You will get to work on a product that is already loved by people worldwide. You like to hear what customers have to say, you are interested in the actual business on top of the products you create.
Alice is not a place for engineers who want instructions from Product Managers. We don't operate that way. You can forget about the usual meeting-heavy sprint processes, and multi-year roadmap planning. The team's focus here is to deliver quickly with autonomy, show responsibility, and learn from direct communication with customers.
Alice has already received rave reviews, is revenue positive, sees lot of repeat usage, and is loved by customers. The early product has already appeared in many Top 10 Tools lists, such as PC Mag, The Verge, Cool Tools and many more.
We are a small core team, who's had some success in the past. We look for energetic, courageous, skilled individuals who want to take on real responsibility, and build a long-lasting inspiring company. You are not only interested in inventing the future, but also rethink how work is done.
We are building a global company, so it does not matter where you are located. If you prefer working in an office, we do have a few. What matters is that you can show up, and be one of us.
To apply, send your resume to karan.gupta@aliceapp.ai.
